Broker Participation

Buyer’s Agent:  If your client is interested in buying property scheduled for auction, a buyer’s agent may represent the client at the auction and receive a commission. To qualify as a buyer’s agent, you must contact our office at least 48 hours prior to the Auction and obtain a buyer/ broker registration form and accompany your client to the Auction.

If the client is accepted as the final bidder and closes the transaction, you will be paid a portion of the Auctioneer’s commission as stated in the registration form.

Seller’s Agent:  If your client is interested in taking a property to auction, please contact us.  You can continue to represent your client and have the advantage of utilizing a new marketing tool. We will pay a commission as stated in the Seller’s registration forms.
